Letter of request from the Diocesan Bishop;<br \/>\n2. Letter of introduction from an ecclesial reference who personally knows the candidate (e.g., parish priest, chaplain, spiritual guide, association president, etc.);<br \/>\n3. Letter of introduction from the most recent academic reference (e.g., thesis advisor, dean, director, rector);<br \/>\n4. Previous academic documentation (e.g., diploma, degree, license);<br \/>\n5. Academic Curriculum Vitae (containing data processing authorization);<br \/>\n6. Letter of self-introduction and request from the candidate, including:<br \/>\na. Their ecclesial profile (membership, services, and ecclesial integration prospects)<br \/>\nb. Intrinsic motivations for studying in Rome<br \/>\nc. Adherence to the educational project of the Female Theological College \"S. Cecilia\":<br \/>\n\u2022 sent by the local Church to prepare for more qualified ecclesial service<br \/>\n\u2022 fraternal life, academic commitment, prayer, pastoral service<br \/>\n7. Certification of financial situation;<br \/>\n8. Medical certificate attesting to compatibility with communal life.<br \/>\nAll certifications must bear the handwritten signature of the applicant.<\/p>\n<p>The letters must be addressed to:<br \/>\nThe acting President of the Conservatorio della Santissima Concezione Foundation and the ultimate Responsible Officer of the CTF \"S.
